DESCRIPTION:
The stationary hydraulic safety valve assembling unit is highly reliable precision devices for assembling the safety valves ; Type BRQ-6, size:5.963″; in accordance with its specific procedure., at required forces. It operates in manual mode.
This unit includes a horizontal loading frame and a hydraulic power unit that provides the hydraulic power for the loading frame.
This unit consists of an integrally assembled metal console, hosing , hydraulic and electric controls mounted within the background panel. All controls are arranged for ease of operation and visual monitoring. At the rear ,screwed panels provide easy access to the different components and , therefore, facilitate maintenance. On the loading frame special mountings are provided for easy installation safety valves.
The hydraulic power unit placed at the rear of the control panel to provide the required hydraulic power for the unit. The maximum hydraulic power is adjustable by the pressure relief valve mounted on the hydraulic power, this pressure is indicated on the pressure gages. A directional control valve is provided to select the direction movement. This valve actuated by a selector switch mounted on the panel
