DESCRIPTION:
The Packer Assembling Unit is highly reliable precision devices for assembling the packers on the , at required forces. It operates in manual mode.
This unit includes a loading frame and a control console as separate basic assemblies. This configuration, along with portability, allows the machine to be adapted to differing space allocations. Its special design allows to assemble or test various equipments with this unit.
The control console consists of an integrally assembled metal console, housing , hydraulic and electric controls mounted within the background panel. All controls are arranged for ease of operation and visual monitoring. At the rear ,screwed panels provide easy access to the different components and , therefore, facilitate maintenance. This unit provides the hydraulic power for the loading frame.
The loading frame is a welded structure, In this unit .It consists of the hydraulic cylinder, limited switch and special load structure
The control console is self-contained and ready to hook up to the loading frame
