DESCRIPTION
The safe thermal test chamber is highly reliable precision devices for testing and calibrating of the various equipments, at required conditions. It operates in automatic and manual mode. This unit is a full range temperature system, include temperature controller in conjunction with the hydraulic power unit that equipped with three temperature elements and a separate electrical box.
The ability of reach and then hold a given temperature level is the main function of the chamber.
Its special design, because of distance between test chamber and power unit, allows the test to be done at the safe condition.
This unit by using three elements creates proper heat and sends hot oil around the chamber by a hydraulic pump through a metal tube and returns it to the oil tank through another metal tube.
This unit includes a control console, a hydraulic power unit, an electrical box and a test chamber as separate basic assemblies. This configuration, along with portability, allows the machine to be adapted to differing space allocations.
The control console consists of an integrally assembled metal console. the electric controls mounted within the background panel. All controls are arranged for ease of operation and visual monitoring. At the rear, screwed panels provide easy access to the different components and, therefore, facilitate maintenance.
A HMI is provided for input data and monitoring the results. This unit is programmed to indicate the tank temperature, chamber temperature and test time simultaneously and draws their graphs. It is equipped to a printer port for printing the results.
Hydraulic power unit consists of an integrally assembled metal tank, an electrical motor and a hydraulic pump. This unit equipped with three thermal elements to provide the hydraulic power for heating the chamber.
The tank is covered by a special isolator layer for saving heat and power and increasing the accuracy.
The hydraulic power unit is self-contained and ready to hook up to the test chamber.
An electrical box is located at the left hand of the unit included of PLC, power, contactor, fuse and wiring to control the required temperature.
The test chamber is a welded structure is made of two layers stainless steel sheets. It has a access doors to place samples in the chamber. Access door is held closed by two latchs installed on the chamber. The unit equipped to two ports for feeding and return oil.
This unit is covered by a special isolator layer for saving heat and power and increasing the accuracy.
