DESCRIPTION:
The force calibrator is highly reliable precision devices for testing and calibrating of the load cells, at required forces. It operates in manual mode.
The force calibrator unit incorporates a highly sensitive electronic load system with load cells, that use strain gages for detecting tensile or compressive loads.
This unit includes a loading frame and a control console as separate basic assemblies. This configuration, along with portability, allows the machine to be adapted to differing space allocations. Its special design allows to compression and tension calibration accomplished with a compression load cell.
The control console consists of an integrally assembled metal console, housing , hydraulic and electric controls mounted within the background panel. All controls are arranged for ease of operation and visual monitoring. At the rear ,screwed panels provide easy access to the different components and , therefore, facilitate maintenance. This unit provides the hydraulic power for the loading frame.
The loading frame is a welded structure, In this unit .It consists of the hydraulic cylinder, load cell and special tension structure. The operator is protected against any projection by a hinged door.
The control console is self-contained and ready to hook up to the loading frame.
